Quro was born out of a desire to provide quality financial advice to businesses and their owners. We spend quality time with all our clients & work in partnership to help achieve their goals. Sounds obvious?
Funnily enough time is one commodity few financial companies invest in but is a mainstay of our Quro philosophy of shared success.

♦ Quro Financial Solutions Ltd owned and run by Matt and Brenda Johnson.

 


We are a very flexible team of experts who are not confined to boxes.  Matt and Mike have worked together for over 15 years and are regulated by the FCA as independent financial advisers. We focus on quality client care and creative financial solutions.

  • Mike Haywood -

    Quro Financial Ltd

    Mike is a Director and owner of Quro Financial Ltd and is passionate about what he does for clients. He has over 20 years experience with leading financial organisations and has built up a breadth and depth of understanding which allows him to tailor plans to client needs.

    Mike has a long established client following made up of business owners and private individuals. His drive and commitment to clients is mirrored in his sporting interests which has seen him represent England in badminton. Mike is married and has two daughters and lives in Gloucestershire.

  • Matt & Bren Johnson -

    Quro Financial Solutions Ltd

    Matt is a Director and co-owner of Quro Financial Solutions Ltd. He has worked in financial services for 20 years working both in Banking and an accountancy practice as an independent adviser. He has worked with small business owners for over 15 years and has a good understanding of commercial finance** and property and specialises in structuring business property ownership models using self invested pensions.

    Brenda is also a Director and is an experienced bookkeeper having worked for both large Plc's and small businesses. In addition to the bookkeeping work, Bren also supports the project management work in connection with the commercial property purchase structures that Matt creates.

    They have 2 sons and live in North Somerset.
